When selecting new suppliers, we require them to go through a selection process which entails a comprehensive audit of labour standards, against our Code of Conduct by a trusted third party. Satisfactory performance, including completion of any necessary corrective action requiring immediate remediation, is a pre-requisite for working with us. The mutual understanding that results from these relationships is essential to our being able to offer value to our customers. Suppliers know what we want in terms of quality, product specification and lead times; and in return we commit to longterm relationships, regular orders and guaranteed payment.
